Use the Owner ID and eFile PIN found on your mailed copy of the Appraisal Notice or Exemptions Notice.  Appraisal Notices are mailed around April 15th.

If you've misplaced your notice, you can request your PIN from our HelpDesk, however please keep in mind that we cannot give out PINs via email or phone.  A letter with your PIN will be mailed to the mailing address we currently have on file.  If it is within 4 days of your protest deadline, we recommend filing your protest by mail or in-person.

*TIP - If you get an error on Step 2, make sure you are using the Owner ID in Step 1, and not the Prop ID.*
