Welcome to the Taxpayer Portal
Enroll in the Taxpayer Online Portal to seamlessly access your property details, opt into electronic communication from the Appraisal District, review important documents, file applications, and submit appraisal protests — all from a centralized and convenient platform. NOTE - At this time, there is no option to submit BPP Renditions online.
To create a user account, you will need your Property ID and eFile PIN. These can be found on the most recent Appraisal Notice or Exemptions Notice that was mailed to you. Your PIN is used as your digital signature, please do not share it with anyone. If you recently purchased a property, DO NOT use the previous owner's Owner ID or PIN as those are unique for each owner. Please allow up to 90 days for our ownership records to be updated. If you cannot locate your PIN and you are the current owner listed on our Property Search, you can request it here: PIN Request
If you had previously registered for an account on our old eFile system and your email address has not changed, you can request your PIN online here: Prior User PIN Request
